If you make a bid in error, need to update your tax-exempt status, or are having trouble rendering payment you must contact the auction site.
Payment
You will see two charges for this auction. The first is for the items you have won; this will include the internet premium (5%) which is what Proxibid platform charges LaMaster Arms. The second is for shipping/packaging and handling costs. Taxes and processing fees are calculated and collected by the auction site payment processor, not LaMaster Arms. The buyer is responsible for paying all costs shown on the invoice, including any updates such as shipping/packaging and handling costs.
Invoices are sent out on the next business day after the auction has closed. The default card on file will be automatically charged 72 hours after your invoice is sent, if unpaid.
We only accept credit cards as a form of payment. We do not accept check, money order, wire transfer, cash or pay pal.
Failure to pay within 7 days after the invoice send date will result in forfeiture of any won items and a dispute filed. If you wish to pay for the items to lift the dispute, you must contact LaMaster Arms during normal business hours within 30 days of the original invoice date to arrange payment. A $100 fee will be added for delinquent payments.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, shipping fees will be added to your invoice. We calculate and charge shipping separately in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for individuals who win our auctions.
