Payment
The buyer must submit the full purchase price plus 10% within three to five (3-5) business days, plus any applicable taxes and transaction fee. After you purchase an item, a representative of Sutton Auction, LLC will give you instructions on submitting your payment into the escrow bank account assigned to your transaction. Payments can be made by wire or electronic transfer, certified bank check, (U.S. funds only) or cash. Items must be removed immediately or pickup arrangements made by contacting the Auction Company.

Check (with Bank Letter of Credit), Money Order or wire transfer plus transfer fee, cash will be accepted for local pick up only. for online bidders, there will be a 10% per item buyer's premium which will be added to the final bid price plus applicable sales tax. Payment must be received at the office of Sutton Auctioneers & Land Brokers LLC prior to pick up. The mailing address associated with the auction company is 1116 N. West Ave. Sioux Falls SD 57104.
By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.
Auction Catalog is a guide only. Auction Company reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, or delete lots.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
All purchases must be paid in full within 3-5 days of the sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed immediately or pickup arrangements must be made.
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer (Plus Transfer Fee if applicable), Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Check - ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee.
