Item Details
Including a wooden cylinder with arrows and a carved wood ladle. The ladle comes from the Newark Museum of Art and has the accession number painted onto it. The figural carving is unique and well-pronounced. Full condition report on this lot is available upon request.
Payment
The Bidder agrees to pay a 15% Buyer's Premium that will be added to the final hammer price. The sum of the purchase price plus the 15% Buyer's Premium is the final purchase price. This includes the premium charged by the online vendor, Proxibid.
The Bidder is required to enter valid credit card information upon registration with Proxibid. If Bidder has previously registered with Proxibid, please make sure the credit card information on file is current before you register for the auction. Auctioneer will not collect a sales tax on items sold in this auction.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Upon conclusion of the auction, all winning bidders will be immediately invoiced, and the Credit Card entered into Proxibid will be run for all won items plus 15% buyer premium.
All winning bidders will be contacted within one week following the conclusion of the auction to arrange local pickup or option of in-house or third-party shipping options. In-house shipping is invoiced separately after the invoice is paid in full and items can be estimated for shipping fees to the winning bidder.
Bidders are required to pay Auctioneer for winning bids, including Buyer's Premium. All sales are final, and the Bidder hereby waives their right to initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card for any reason.
Should a form of payment be declined for any reason, the Bidder will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another card. In addition, we reserve the right to attempt to charge the card on file the 25% restocking fee for the items won in the auction. If payment can still not be made, the buyer has 72 hours to provide a valid form of payment for items, plus the 25% re-stocking fee and $30 reprocessing fee or Buyer forfeits the winning items. Failure to pay will result in the Bidder being reported to Proxibid for non-payment and the Bidder will be restricted from bidding in future Auctioneer auctions, and possibly Proxibid auctions.

Invoices will be sent through Proxibid and charged to the credit card on file immediately after the auction concludes. In case payment still cannot be made, you have 72 hours to provide a valid form of payment for items, plus the 25% restocking fee and $30 processing fee, or you forfeit the winning items, and Archive Northwest reserves the right to resell the winning items.
Failure to pay will result in you being reported to Proxibid for non-payment, and you will be restricted from bidding in future Auctioneer auctions and possibly Proxibid auctions. Please make sure the credit card you have on file is up to date.
No chargebacks permitted! You are bidding in an AS-IS Auction, with no warranties or guarantees. We do state any issues or defects that we know of, but it is your responsibility to inspect the items. We always offer a preview time for you to inspect the item. The times/address are listed in the Terms of Sale. Please preview.
Archive Northwest will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return the item.
Archive Northwest will not be held responsible for internet connection problems or website issues that cause missed bids. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is accepted should use the proxy-bidding and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before auction ends.
Archive Northwest reserves the right to add or delete items throughout the auction as necessary.
Any and all display stands/holders, used in photography of auction items are not included in auction lot (unless specified in description).
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the holiday on Monday 5/27/24, we will be closed this day and will not contacting winning bidders for scheduling pickups or shipping estimates until the following Tuesday and Wednesday.
Items must be previewed and picked up at the assigned times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Winning bidders have 7 business day to respond to attempts from auction house to arrange for pickups and/or shipping of winning items. Should winning bidder fail to respond or pickup winning items from auction house, items will be considered as "forfeited" by the winning bidder after the 7 business days. There are no refunds or credits applied for items not retrieved by winning bidders.
